Fitness Center

Hapuna's Fitness Center is located at the Golf Clubhouse amid the undulating golf greens and palm trees. It was designed for use exclusively by Mauna Kea Resort guests (includes both Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel and Mauna Kea Beach Hotel), homeowners and their guests, and members.

We can help you book a massage with Paul Brown Salon & Spa and you can have your massage in one of the two treatment rooms available at the Fitness Center.

Exercise Physiology

A fitness evaluation with one of our trainers or technicians will assess your fitness level by measuring body composition, blood pressure, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity and more. Appointment necessary.

Babysitting

If needed, babysitting services are available while you work out. Please contact the Concierge for information at (808) 880-3155.

Internet Access

High-speed access to the internet is available in all guest rooms and throughout Mauna Kea Resort by our provider, Oceanic Hospitality Network. Once you have signed up for the service, you'll be able to use the service not only in your guest room but also in the hotel lobbies, pools, other guest rooms and meeting rooms. And if you need to print, you'll be able to do that through our Business Center (price per printed black and white page is $0.15 each).

Service Fees

Payment for wireless internet service is made online through the provider via your credit card. Fees:

• 24 hour period = $9.95 per computer
• 7-day period = $39.95 per computer

Requirements

Your computer will need to have a stand alone web browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape in order to sign up for service. Unfortunately, client-based browsers, i.e. AOL, will not work. You can connect to the internet either through wired or wireless access. For wired service, a network jack and cable is available at the desk in each guest room. For wireless access, your computer must have this capability - please refer to your user manual for specific procedural instructions.
